Hotel Baltic

The beautifully located hotel from the middle of the 19th century was returned to its former glory in 1993.
In 2017 new tenants have started at the hotel and it has undergone a thorough renovation.

Menu for Sønderjyllands Gourmet Week 2020:
Leek and potato soup with bacon and herbs
Beef rump with baked onion, onion purée and sauce blanquette
Apple ice cream with lemon curd and soft meringue
