In 2024, the historic restaurant celebrates its 100th anniversary. As a start to the year, we participate in Sønderjylland's Gourmet Week with a beautifully composed and well-prep.

Starter:
Homemade puff pastry shell with Sønderjysk country chicken

Main course:
Variety of Sønderjysk veal, hasselback potato, veal cloud sauce, homemade "Sønderjysk hvidkål" white cabbage, oven-baked beetroot, kale chips and currants

Dessert:
Good advice, homemade ice cream, fruit puree and pears
