Gram Slot in Sønderjyllands Gourmetweek
The raw ingredients that are used in the kitchen come primarily from our own organic farm. You can also visit our exciting farm shop which is adjacent to the restaurant. The majority of products you find in the farm shop are organic.
In week 9 the menu consists of a starter and a main course.
Starter: Cured scallop with parmesan, cucumber. Served with homemade sourdough bread.
Main course: Slow-roasted beef tenderloin, celeriac, cabbage, mushrooms. Served with pommes Anna and glaze.
