In week 9, the Gourmet Week menu consists of 3 courses.
Starter: Air-dried ham from Kirke Hørup served with tomato salsa, homemade bread, and churned butter.
Main course: Beef steak served with smoked celery puree, root vegetables & Bourgogne sauce.
Dessert: A selection of Sønderjyllands cakes (Alternatively, dessert can be changed to Creme Brulee, please inform us upon arrival).
