Our gourmet evening at Restaurant Staffeli starts with an appetizer and a glass of sparkling wine from the local vineyard at Vibegaard. This delicate wine has fresh notes of citrus and a hint of velvety sweetness.
A delicious 3-course dinner with focus on good ingredients is served. The menu is composed of:
Cold, smoked Fanø salmon with dill cream, crispy rye and baby herbs. Accompanied by freshly-baked bread and butter.
Slow-cooked veal with variation of mushrooms and onions, accompanied by pommes fondant and thyme glace.
Moist chocolate cake with salt caramel and lemon sorbet from Rømø ice cream.
