The food in the restaurant is made from high-quality ingredients and our personnel look forward to making you feel welcome.
In week 9 the Gourmet week menu consists of a starter, a main course and a dessert.
Starter: Steamed cod in a creamy mustard sauce with butter-fried leeks, croutons and dill oil. Accompanied by freshly baked bread and butter.
Main course: Slow-roasted fillet of beef with fried pork cheek rillette, onion compote, pommes Duchesse, tart root vegetables and red wine glaze.
Dessert: Braised pineapple with vanilla ice cream, toasted nuts and salt caramel.
