This year, we offer a delicious 3-course menu.
Starter:
Pan-fried North Sea fish with Rømøshrimp bisque, creamy cauliflower puree, sautéed cabbage, and dill.
Main course:
Glazed pork with red wine sauce, browned butter, baked beetroot, potato puree, crispy croutons, and lingonberries.
Dessert:
Ice cream made from Naturmælk cream, chocolate caramel, blackberry jelly, and roasted hazelnuts.
