Restaurant Colosseum

Visit Sønderborg’s cosiest restaurant with fantastic views of the harbour in Sønderborg. We focus on sustainability and fresh ingredients from the local area, something which we’ll be developing to an even greater extent in 2020.

Pan-fried cod in mushroom broth, white wine emulsion, smoked almonds, egg yolk confit from Mjelsmark farm, garnished with oyster-leaf cress.
Braised pork shanks, potato/celeriac purée with lovage, lingonberries and apple, baked parsley root and sauce demi-glace.
Tart with white chocolate mousse, blueberries with honey and lemon, 48 % double cream, yoghurt snow and grated caramelised cheese.
