Pottery workshop – Create your own artwork in clay

You now have the chance under the tutelage of potter Susan Lange, who invites you to her pottery workshop in the former merchant’s house, Købmandsgård, in Store Anslet, which is situated north of Haderslev, close to the beach in attractive countryside.

During the workshop, we take on the clay and work with small formats and with themes such as bowls, boxes, figures, etc. Susan provides instruction and demonstrations during the course of the workshop.
We work in stoneware clay and decorate with slip in many attractive colours (slip is coloured clay used to paint items).
Throwing pots won’t be possible.
Who: Everyone who wishes to spend a few enjoyable hours gaining insight into and immersing themselves in the world of the potter: adults, children, families, friends, couples, you…
You can’t attend as “just” a spectator.
Collection: The items you produce will be fired, glazed and fired by Susan and will be ready to be picked up around three weeks after the workshop is held (can also be sent if requested, with costs paid by the course participant).
