Welcome to Klægager - Denmark's Most Beautiful Farm. A title we received in 2017 after a competition held by Building Culture Denmark.

Conveying the farm's history and the region's possibilities is a matter of the heart for us, and this also applies to the kitchen, where we take great pride in using local ingredients when creating delicious and exciting dishes for our guests.

Sønderjyllands Gourmet Week offers you a fantastic opportunity to try a 3-course menu at Klægager for only 295 DKK.

Starter: Taste the Marsh with local specialties
Main course: Braised beef from Havervadgård with root vegetable puree, baked beets, and a rich gravy
