During gourmet week 2020, we’ll be serving a three-course menu consisting of:
Cold-smoked salmon served with smoked cheese cream and fresh Southern Jutland rye bread.
Stuffed cockerel, accompanied by a variety of mushrooms and a tart sauce.
Sweet apple compote made with apples from Stevninggård and ice cream made from soured cream.
NB: Tickets must be purchased 24 hours before arrival.
