Starter: Baked cod with shellfish bisque, creamy spelt from Skærtoftmølle, herbs and pumpkin.
Main course: Loin of Danish veal with salted breast, celeriac with browned butter, coarse mustard and crispy potato.
Dessert: Dessert made from blood oranges, vanilla, caramel and sorbet and Ærø pancake.
