Guider tour including lunch with Nordic sandwiches “Nordisk Smørrebrød”
The historical trading city Haderslev can tell you many interesting stories from the past to the present. The unique places throughout the city center combine trade, dining, culture and history, making Haderslev a city full of life. Every street corner has a new and exciting stories to tell. The old town with the cathedral and the market square in the center are well preserved despite fierce fires in the years 1627 and 1759 and consists partly of houses from the 16th century. You can see the Cathedral of Haderslev from anywhere in the city. The church is a unique building of gothic cathedral architecture in Denmark, and today it constitutes the landmark of Haderslev. Like all other churches, the cathedral has a long and fascinating history, characterized by politics, fires, conversions and additions. The traces are clearly visible when you go for a walk around the church. After the guided tour, “Nordic sandwich” is served at the restaurant M.A.D.
