Gift certificate for Sønderjylland’s Gourmet Week

Since 2016, Sønderjylland Gourmet Week has made it possible for several thousand Sønderjyder (South Jutlanders) and guests to dine at one of the delicious restaurants in South Jutland. What all these restaurants have in common is that during week 9 (February 26th - March 3rd, 2024), they offer a two- or three-course menu for DKK 295,-. The menu can consist of dishes that the restaurant already has on its menu, but there are also restaurants that choose to create a special menu exclusively for Sønderjylland Gourmet Week.

How Sønderjylland Gourmet Week 2024 Gift Cards Work:

Purchase a gift card for the desired amount. Gift cards are available in denominations of DKK 295,-, DKK 590,-, DKK 885,-, DKK 1180,-, and so on. When purchasing, you don't need to select a restaurant, date, or time. The recipient can choose all of that later. All gift cards are valid for February 26, 2024, at 8:00 PM.

Within 2 business days after the booking is made, a gift card will be sent to the email address provided during the booking. The gift card can be easily printed out and given as a gift.
Note: If the gift card needs to be sent before Christmas, it must be ordered by December 15, 2023.

Starting from Tuesday, January 9, 2024, at 10:00 AM, the recipient can call Destination Sønderjylland to exchange the gift card for a dinner during Sønderjylland Gourmet Week. They have the freedom to choose from all the participating restaurants and dates, although not all restaurants participate for the entire week. Additionally, some restaurants may be subject to availability. All the necessary information the recipient needs to provide to Destination Sønderjylland is specified on the gift card.

Gift cards can be exchanged up to 3 days before the rest of the sales for Sønderjylland Gourmet Week begins.

The gift card is valid for Sønderjylland Gourmet Week 2024, from February 26th to March 3rd, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Half of all available seats are reserved for gift cards, while the rest will be available for sale starting January 12, 2024, at 12:00 PM. If a gift card recipient cannot secure a reservation at their desired restaurant, they are welcome to call Destination Sønderjylland when the general ticket sales start. There might be some available seats then.
