Det Sønderjyske Køkken
Our food is inspired by the traditional Southern Jutlandic kitchen. A food culture that is defined by an area that has been influenced by several wars and different borders.
Historically a kitchen that includes many vegetables, as everyone had their own vegetable garden and meat was very expensive. We aim at using mainly organic, seasonal products and preferably from local producers.
