We look forward to welcoming guests during Sønderjylland’s Gourmet Week in our well-maintained restaurant where professional chefs and waiters work with a love for good ingredients, personal service and tradition.

Menu for Sønderjyllands Gourmet Week 2020
Starter – Variation of peas with hake à la meunière and browned butter.
Main course – Creamy mushroom risotto with cockerel breast from Røllumgaard, dry-salted Højer bacon and herbs.
Dessert – Organic Ketil cheese, homemade buttermilk ice cream and berry compote.
