At Bov Kro we uphold the traditions that have been part of our DNA for 450 years. We believe that great food is made from the heart using good, fresh ingredients.
We look forward to welcoming guests during gourmet week in our well-kept restaurant, where professional chefs and waiters exhibit their love for good food and personal service.
Our head chef, Mikkel, has put together an exciting menu for gourmet week 2023 with a focus on fresh ingredients and great flavours.
In week 9 the Gourmet week menu consists of a starter, a main course and a dessert.
Starter: Poached eggs from Jacobsen’s free-range eggs with crispy vegetables and browned butter.
Main course: Slow-roasted veal Ribeye with pommes Anna, stuffed Portobello mushrooms and sauce Bourgogne.
Dessert: Pistachio frangipane cake with preserved plums, Bailey ice cream and meringues.
On the evening itself, you can purchase a special wine menu which our highly capable waiters have put together to accompany the dishes.
