Starter – Variation of peas with hake à la meunière and browned butter.
Main course – Creamy mushroom risotto with cockerel breast from Røllumgaard, dry-salted Højer bacon and herbs.
Dessert – Organic Ketil cheese, homemade buttermilk ice cream and berry compote.
