SUP og SUP yoga event
The lesson is an appetizer of both SUP and SUP Yoga focusing on introduction to both activities in one course.
The event appeals to those, who want to try out SUP Yoga, but prefer an introduction to SUP before to be more comfortable on the board – or for those who simply just want to try out both.
There will be shorter time for both activities, compared to the two separate lessons: SUP Beginner Lesson and SUP Yoga Beginner Lesson. However, it is the possibility to try out both activities at once and have some fun hours on a SUP board.
There is allotted time between the two activities, hence time to redress to dry clothes before yoga if you prefer this. We recommend to bring dry changing clothes to SUP Yoga, so you don’t get cold.
For the lesson you need to:
• Towel, swim/sports wear (fast drying) and sunscreen
• Drinking water and snacks
• A smile and an open mind :)
