Our chef has composed a 4-course menu which is the concept of “Sønderjysk” gourmet.
Starter: Beetroot dry-cured cod with horseradish cream, pickled potatoes and crispy rye bread
Soup: Creamy artichoke soup with crispy bacon and homemade bread
Main course: Slow-roasted beef flank with sautéed root vegetables, pommes galette and truffle sauce
Dessert: Duet of white chocolate crunch and pineapple
